15 Minute Buttery Garlic Shrimp

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in remaining 1 tablespoon of butter until melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
