- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and stir in remaining 1 tablespoon of butter until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
