- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Chop green onions and set aside.
- Trim asparagus to uniform lengths.
- Sauté asparagus in a skillet with a small amount of oil until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl and season with salt.
- Pour eggs over asparagus in the skillet and cook until edges start to set, about 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle feta cheese over the eggs.
- Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake until eggs are almost set, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 1-2 minutes, until eggs are fully set and green onions are slightly wilted.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
