Beef & Broccoli Easy Stir-Fry Recipe

A quick and easy stir-fry recipe with beef and broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef (sirloin or ribeye) sliced into thin strips
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil and swirl it around to coat the pan.
  3. Sear beef slices until browned, about 3-4 minutes, then remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. Stir in broccoli florets and cook until they start to soften, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the beef back into the pan and stir to combine with the broccoli.
  6. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the beef is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
