Caprese Kebabs

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 10 bamboo skewers
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Thread cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil leaves onto skewers.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the mozzarella is slightly melted and the tomatoes are tender.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with additional basil leaves if desired.
