- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and set it aside.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the cream sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and garnish with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
