Instructions
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval, until smooth.
- Wash and Dry strawberries to remove any dirt or moisture that might interfere with the chocolate adhering.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, coating about 3/4 of the strawberry, using a fork or dipping tool to fully coat the strawberry.
- Tap the fork or dipping tool gently against the side of the bowl to remove any excess chocolate, creating a smooth, even coat.
- Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet or a silicone mat, leaving about 1 inch of space between each strawberry to prevent them from sticking together.
- Refrigerate the chocolate-covered strawberries for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
- Serve the chocolate-covered strawberries chilled, garnished with any desired toppings, such as chopped nuts or sprinkles, if available.
