- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt) together in a bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients (eggs, vanilla, white sugar, brown sugar, butter) together until well combined.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until it forms a slightly sticky dough.
- Wrap dough and refrigerate for a couple hours (or overnight).
- Remove dough from fridge and allow to warm up on the counter for 30 mins.
- Roll little round dough balls about 1 inch in diameter by rolling it between your palms, making all cookie balls first and placing them on the baking sheet.
- Coat each cookie ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
- Bake for 12 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet before eating.
