- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl until well combined
- Add milk, eggs, and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until a smooth batter forms
- Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full
- Sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar on top of each muffin
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown
- Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the tin for 5 minutes
- Transfer the muffins to a wire rack to cool completely
- Drizzle with a glaze made from powdered sugar and milk, if desired
- Serve warm and enjoy
