- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 24-count mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Dust a clean counter or cutting board with a small amount of all-purpose flour.
- Unroll the 8-ounce crescent dough sheet onto the floured surface. If using crescent rolls, pinch the seams together firmly to form a single sheet.
- Cut the prepared dough into 24 equal-sized squares.
- Gently press each dough square into a slot in the prepared mini muffin tin, forming a small cup.
- Slice the 8-ounce wheel brie cheese into small pieces and distribute them evenly among the dough cups.
- Spoon a generous amount of 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce over the brie in each cup.
- Garnish each bite with a small piece of one of the 2 fresh rosemary sprigs.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the crescent dough is a light golden brown.
- Serve warm.
