  • 8 -ounce wheel brie cheese
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 24-count mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Dust a clean counter or cutting board with a small amount of all-purpose flour.
  3. Unroll the 8-ounce crescent dough sheet onto the floured surface. If using crescent rolls, pinch the seams together firmly to form a single sheet.
  4. Cut the prepared dough into 24 equal-sized squares.
  5. Gently press each dough square into a slot in the prepared mini muffin tin, forming a small cup.
  6. Slice the 8-ounce wheel brie cheese into small pieces and distribute them evenly among the dough cups.
  7. Spoon a generous amount of 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce over the brie in each cup.
  8. Garnish each bite with a small piece of one of the 2 fresh rosemary sprigs.
  9. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the crescent dough is a light golden brown.
  10. Serve warm.
