- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Activate yeast by mixing it with warm water, then let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Mix the yeast mixture with the dry ingredients, then add eggs and butter, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Roll out the dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the cream cheese mixture.
- Roll the dough into a tight log, starting from the long side.
- Cut the log into 12-15 equal pieces.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 1 inch of space between each roll.
