  • 2 cups diced cucumber
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Combine cucumber, yogurt, dill, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add mint and ice cubes.
  4. Blend again until ice is crushed and mint is well combined.
