- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C)
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval, until smooth
- Pop the popcorn kernels in a large pot or a popcorn maker until all kernels have popped
- Mix the popped popcorn, melted white chocolate, and sprinkles in a large bowl until the popcorn is well coated
- Spread the popcorn mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Allow the mixture to cool and harden for about 10-15 minutes
- Break the popcorn into chunks and serve
