  • 1 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pastel-colored M&M's
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C)
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval, until smooth
  3. Pop the popcorn kernels in a large pot or a popcorn maker until all kernels have popped
  4. Mix the popped popcorn, melted white chocolate, and sprinkles in a large bowl until the popcorn is well coated
  5. Spread the popcorn mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  6. Allow the mixture to cool and harden for about 10-15 minutes
  7. Break the popcorn into chunks and serve
