  • 1 1 /2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup pink candy melts
  • 1/4 cup black candy melts
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • Food coloring (pink black)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
  2. Mix cupcake batter ingredients until well combined
  3. Divide batter evenly among cupcake liners
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown
  5. Allow cupcakes to cool completely
  6. Prepare marshmallow ears by shaping marshmallows into ear shapes
  7. Attach marshmallow ears to cooled cupcakes using frosting or edible glue
  8. Decorate cupcakes with additional frosting and toppings, if desired
