- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Prepare the ground chicken by seasoning with salt and pepper
- Cook the ground chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes
- Add the cooked ground chicken to a bowl and set aside
- Sauté any desired vegetables (if available) in the same skillet until they are tender
- Combine the cooked ground chicken with the sautéed vegetables (if used) and any desired sauces or seasonings
- Serve the firecracker ground chicken mixture over a bed of rice or noodles, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds (if available)
- Garnish with additional ingredients (if available) and serve immediately
