  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) water
  • 1/2 cup (120g) SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1 /2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup (30g) confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp (30g) SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tbsp (30g) granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp (30g) SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Whisk egg whites and salt until soft peaks form.
  3. Add SPLENDA® and continue whisking until stiff peaks form.
  4. Spoon meringue onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 1 1/2 hours, or until crisp and dry.
  6. Allow meringue to cool completely on the baking sheet.
  7. Arrange fresh berries on top of the cooled meringue.
  8. Drizzle with any desired toppings, such as whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy.
