- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Whisk egg whites and salt until soft peaks form.
- Add SPLENDA® and continue whisking until stiff peaks form.
- Spoon meringue onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours, or until crisp and dry.
- Allow meringue to cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Arrange fresh berries on top of the cooled meringue.
- Drizzle with any desired toppings, such as whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
