Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups mixed seasonal fruit (such as strawberries grapes, kiwi, pineapple)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method

Instructions
  1. Wash and clean the area where you will be preparing the fruit salad.
  2. Choose your desired fruits for the salad, considering the typical fruits used in a fruit salad, such as strawberries, grapes, kiwi, and pineapple.
  3. Peel and chop the fruits into bite-sized pieces, making sure they are all similarly sized for even distribution in the salad.
  4. Mix all the chopped fruits together in a large bowl until they are well combined.
  5. Squeeze fresh lime juice into a small bowl, using about 2-3 tablespoons.
  6. Add 1-2 tablespoons of honey to the lime juice and whisk until the honey is fully dissolved.
  7. Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit salad and toss until all the fruits are coated with the dressing.
  8. Chill the fruit salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  9. Serve the fruit salad cold, garnished with a sprinkle of lime zest or a few fresh mint leaves if desired.
