  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked linguine

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse shrimp under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, until it starts to foam.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  5. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until they turn pink.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
