Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 5 lbs steak (sirloin or ribeye) cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter softened
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp (5g) salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2g) black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) paprika
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp (30g) chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear steak bites until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer steak bites to a baking sheet.
  6. Mix minced garlic with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
  7. Brush garlic butter mixture onto steak bites.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-12 minutes, or until cooked to desired level of doneness.
  9. Remove from oven and let rest for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
