  • 1 pound radishes
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and chop radishes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Toss radishes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl until they are evenly coated.
  4. Mince garlic and add it to the bowl with the radishes, tossing to combine.
  5. Spread radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until radishes are tender and lightly caramelized, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
