  • 1 1 /2 cups cooked chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Combine Greek yogurt, chicken, and any other desired ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together until they are well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve the Greek yogurt chicken salad cold, garnished with any desired toppings.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs or spices, if desired, to add color and flavor to the dish.
  6. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
