- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl until well mixed.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, until fully incorporated.
- Mix in vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually add flour mixture to wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving 2 inches of space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
