- Roll dough into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Coat balls in powdered sugar, then roll in granulated sugar to create a crinkled surface.
- Place balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
- Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
