- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up into small pieces, until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the rice to the skillet, stirring to combine with the ground beef, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed.
- Remove the skillet from the oven and Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve the Ground Beef and Rice Skillet hot, garnished with chopped fresh herbs if desired.
