  • 1 1 /2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange ham and cheese slices in a baking dish.
  3. Place croissant pieces on top of the ham and cheese.
  4. Drizzle with any available liquid ingredients.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
