Healthy 3-Ingredient Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Recipe

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup peanut butter

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix rolled oats, raisins, and peanut butter in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
  4. Flatten the balls of dough slightly with a fork or your fingers.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
  6. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
