- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix rolled oats, raisins, and peanut butter in a large bowl until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
- Flatten the balls of dough slightly with a fork or your fingers.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
