- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Knead the pizza dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch (6 mm) and use a heart-shaped cookie cutter or a knife to cut out a heart shape.
- Place the heart-shaped dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch (1 cm) border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving.
