  • 1 1 /2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix honey and garlic in a small bowl until well combined.
  4. Brush the honey garlic mixture evenly onto the chicken.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Glaze the chicken with additional honey during the last 5 minutes of baking, until golden brown.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
