- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until well combined.
- Cut cold butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add honey and milk to the mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes, until it becomes smooth.
- Roll the dough out to a thickness of about 1 inch (2.5 cm).
- Cut out biscuit shapes using a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass.
- Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 1 inch (2.5 cm) of space between each biscuit.
- Brush the tops of the biscuits with a little extra honey.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Glaze the biscuits with additional honey while they are still warm.
