- Place the 1 package (16 ounces) baby carrots and 1 tablespoon water in a 1-1/2-quart microwave-safe dish
- Cover the dish and microwave until the carrots are crisp-tender, about 3-5 minutes
- Meanwhile, in a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over low heat
- Stir in 2 tablespoons honey and 1 tablespoon lemon juice into the melted butter
- Cook the honey mixture, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes until well combined and slightly thickened
- Add the microwaved carrots to the skillet
- Cook and stir the carrots with the glaze until they are evenly coated and heated through, about 1 minute
