  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
  1. Place the 1 package (16 ounces) baby carrots and 1 tablespoon water in a 1-1/2-quart microwave-safe dish
  2. Cover the dish and microwave until the carrots are crisp-tender, about 3-5 minutes
  3. Meanwhile, in a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over low heat
  4. Stir in 2 tablespoons honey and 1 tablespoon lemon juice into the melted butter
  5. Cook the honey mixture, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes until well combined and slightly thickened
  6. Add the microwaved carrots to the skillet
  7. Cook and stir the carrots with the glaze until they are evenly coated and heated through, about 1 minute
