- Combine lemon juice, sugar, and water in a large pitcher, stirring until the sugar is dissolved
- Add dried lavender buds to the mixture and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes, or until the mixture reaches the desired flavor
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into another pitcher or individual glasses to remove the lavender buds
- Serve the Lavenade chilled, garnishing with lemon slices or sprigs of fresh lavender, if desired
