- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, basil, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
