  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom

  1. Combine yogurt, milk, and mango in a blender
  2. Add honey to taste
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
  5. Stir well before serving
  6. Serve the Mango Lassi cold
