Mini Quiche

  • 1 1 /2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 1 /2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup ice-cold water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1 /2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Gruyère cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix pie crust ingredients to form a dough, then Chill for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch (3 mm).
  4. Cut out circles of dough using a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass.
  5. Spoon a small amount of filling into each dough circle.
  6. Fold the dough in half over the filling to form a triangle or a square shape, and Press the edges together to seal.
  7. Place the mini quiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy.
