- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix pie crust ingredients to form a dough, then Chill for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/8 inch (3 mm).
- Cut out circles of dough using a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass.
- Spoon a small amount of filling into each dough circle.
- Fold the dough in half over the filling to form a triangle or a square shape, and Press the edges together to seal.
- Place the mini quiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
