- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval, until smooth.
- Whisk together flour, sugar, and eggs in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Add melted chocolate to the bowl and whisk until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into 4 (6-ounce) ramekins or small cups.
- Place the ramekins on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still slightly jiggly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the ramekins for 1 minute.
- Invert onto plates and serve immediately, with the molten chocolate center flowing out.
