No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Prepare a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper
  2. Mix the ingredients together in a large bowl
  3. Press the mixture into the prepared pan until it's evenly distributed and smooth on top
  4. Refrigerate the bars for at least 30 minutes to set
  5. Cut the bars into desired shapes and sizes using a sharp knife or cookie cutter
  6. Serve the no-bake peanut butter bars chilled and store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
