  • 1/2 cup fresh ginger peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut water

Instructions
  1. Combine pineapple and ginger in a juicer.
  2. Extract the juice from the pineapple and ginger.
  3. Strain the juice to remove any pulp or fibers, if needed.
  4. Mix in coconut water and honey.
  5. Serve the Pineapple Ginger Juice immediately, garnished with a slice of pineapple or a sprinkle of ginger, if desired.
