  • 12 slices of prosciutto

  • 1 tbsp of honey

Instructions
  1. Preheat nothing as there's no cooking involved.
  2. Choose a fresh melon and wash it thoroughly.
  3. Cut the melon into slices or wedges, depending on preference.
  4. Wrap each melon slice or wedge with a piece of prosciutto.
  5. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves or other herbs, if desired, for a pop of color.
  7. Arrange the prosciutto-wrapped melon slices on a platter or individual plates.
  8. Drizzle with a bit of honey, if desired, for added sweetness.
