- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Sauté the spinach in a pan until wilted, then set aside to cool.

- Combine the egg mixture, spinach, and feta cheese, and mix well.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie crust.
