- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes
- Drain the cooked pasta and set it aside
- Sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, about 1 minute
- Add fresh spinach leaves to the garlic and oil mixture, cooking until wilted, about 2-3 minutes
- Combine cooked pasta, wilted spinach mixture, and grated Parmesan cheese in a large bowl, tossing to combine
- Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish and top with additional Parmesan cheese
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving
- Serve hot and enjoy
