- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the pie crust and place it in a tart pan with a removable bottom.
- Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cheese in the pie crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Remove the quiche from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm, sliced into wedges.
