Main Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 3/4 cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 13 1 /4 fluid ounces evaporated milk
  • 12 fluid ounces condensed milk
  • 12 fluid ounces heavy cream
  • 4 3 /4 fluid ounces of egg-white
  • 10 spoons of powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of cream of tartar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Place the 4 egg-whites in a bowl and beat the mixture until it rises and a foam is formed
  2. Reduce the mixer to medium speed and add the egg yolks one at a time until they are incorporated into the egg white mixture
