  • 1 cup (200g) dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup (120g) heavy cream
  • 1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Melt the chocolate
  2. Whisk in the cream until smooth
  3. Chill the mixture until firm, about 2 hours
  4. Roll the chilled mixture into balls
  5. Coat them in desired toppings, if available
  6. Serve the truffles chilled
