- Prepare the crust for the cheesecake cups.
- Crush the Oreos to create the crust, until they are finely ground.
- Mix the crushed Oreos with a binding agent, until well combined.
- Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of individual serving cups.
- Chill the crust in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, until set.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared cups, over the Oreo crust.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake cups for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.
- Top the cheesecake cups with additional Oreos, if desired, and serve chilled.
