No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Cups

A no-bake cheesecake dessert in individual cups with an Oreo crust and whipped cream topping.

  • 1 1 /2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 12 Oreo cookies for garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Prepare the crust for the cheesecake cups.
  2. Crush the Oreos to create the crust, until they are finely ground.
  3. Mix the crushed Oreos with a binding agent, until well combined.
  4. Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of individual serving cups.
  5. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, until set.
  6. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared cups, over the Oreo crust.
  8. Refrigerate the cheesecake cups for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.
  9. Top the cheesecake cups with additional Oreos, if desired, and serve chilled.
