  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Prepare a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the peanut butter, sugar, and graham cracker crumbs in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval, until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate is set.
  7. Cut into bars and serve.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
