Instructions
- Prepare a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Mix the peanut butter, sugar, and graham cracker crumbs in a large bowl until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval, until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate is set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
