Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of radishes (450g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (15g)
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced (6g)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (30ml)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (30g)

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat a skillet or sauté pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add a small amount of oil to the preheated pan and swirl it around to coat the bottom.
  3. Wait for the oil to shimmer and slightly smoke, indicating it's hot enough for sautéing.
  4. Sauté the radishes in the hot oil, stirring frequently, until they start to soften.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking the radishes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and lightly browned, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Season the radishes with salt and any other desired herbs or spices, tossing to coat evenly.
  7. Serve the sautéed radishes hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
