- Stir the 2 cups heavy whipping cream, 6 cups milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips together in a 5-quart slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2½ hours, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is hot and the white chocolate chips are completely melted and smooth. Stir again thoroughly before serving.
- Garnish individual servings with whipped cream and crushed candy canes or peppermint hard candy, as desired.
