  • 8 oz smoked salmon
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Thinly sliced cucumber
  • Thinly sliced tomato
  • Chopped fresh chives

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toast bagels until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Spread cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.
  4. Top cream cheese with smoked salmon.
  5. Garnish with thinly sliced red onion and capers, if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
