  • 1/4 cup diced avocado (55g)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (60g)

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper for 10 minutes to allow the meat to absorb the flavors.
  3. Sear the steak in a skillet over high heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until a nice crust forms.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside to rest.
  5. Sauté sliced onions and bell peppers in the same skillet for 5 minutes, until they start to soften.
  6. Add the steak back into the skillet and stir to combine with the onions and bell peppers.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the steak is cooked to desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
  8. Serve the steak and vegetable mixture hot, with warm flour or corn tortillas on the side.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro, lime wedges, and sour cream, if desired.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy.
